Position Overview
The Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic financial planning for ON Advertising. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional who can manage budgets, maintain compliance, and provide insights that help guide decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- General Accounting & Financial Management
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
- Track financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
- Work with department leaders to monitor project costs and profitability.
- Audit & Compliance
- Support external CPA firm for timely filing of financial and tax-related documents.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Process Improvement & Systems Management
- Optimize accounting processes to improve efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Implement tools and practices that enhance financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance (agency or professional services experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with both creative and business teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of G-suite software is a plus.
