Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
- Upsell products and suggest complementary items to increase sales
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly
- Assist with supervising team members when necessary, ensuring smooth store operations
- Use phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or similar environments is preferred
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Ability to perform upselling techniques to enhance sales performance
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demos is advantageous
- Supervising experience is beneficial but not mandatory; leadership qualities are appreciated
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced settings
