What You’ll Do
As part of our home-based care team, you’ll provide practical support while building meaningful relationships.
You’ll:
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Teach and reinforce life skills that encourage independence and confidence
- Support community involvement, social connections, and meaningful activities
- Help create a safe, respectful, and positive home environment
- Encourage individual choice, dignity, and personal goals

What You Bring

- Compassionate, dependable, and responsible
- Ready to learn and grow
- At least 18 years old
- Able to pass required background checks and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance
- Able to pass ALL necessary trainings
