Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and results-driven individuals to join a dynamic team in the Financial Advisor Development Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in outside sales, and possess excellent negotiation and customer service skills. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving business growth through effective account management and lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective territory management and account management practices.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Deliver product presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying additional needs of existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B and/or B2C sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and customer interactions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Experience in negotiation and closing deals effectively.
- Background in retail sales or inside sales can be beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, including lead generation and territory sales management.
