Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently, ensuring correct cash handling and register operations
- Prepare simple food items following safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a clean workspace
- Previous retail or grocery store experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
