We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This position offers flexibility while allowing you to deliver meaningful, hands-on care to residents.
Responsibilities:

Provide therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist

Assist with mobility, strengthening, and balance activities

Support residents with transfers and safe ambulation

Observe patient response and report updates

Complete documentation accurately and on time
