RN Evening Supervisor Responsibilities
11a-7pm
As the RN Evening Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the quality and continuity of care for our residents. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving shift report and reviewing communication systems for updates or unusual occurrences from previous shifts
- Assigning Nursing Assistants and designated staff to ensure resident care needs are met throughout the shift
- Providing clear reports and guidance to Nursing Assistants
- Making routine rounds on assigned units and intervening when necessary to address resident needs
- Remaining attentive to the overall needs of the unit while completing nursing responsibilities
- Preparing and administering medications as ordered and ensuring timely medication reorders
- Assessing and documenting medication-related issues according to facility policy
- Performing and overseeing treatments as ordered
- Assessing and documenting skin conditions and treatment areas in detail
- Preparing weekly skin reports for the Director of Nursing
- Communicating with physicians regarding treatment areas not responding to care in a timely manner
- Supervising, guiding, and supporting staff to maintain quality care standards
Pay: $34.50 - $38.00 per hour

Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
