Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, screen and interview qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants and clients.
- Fill open positions in a timely manner while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment history.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruiting goals and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Communicate effectively with all candidates.
- Work collaboratively with the team in a high-energy office environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
