Description:
The Referee is responsible for officiating games, enforcing the rules of the sport, ensuring fair play, and maintaining control of the competition. This position requires strong decision-making skills, the ability to remain impartial under pressure, and effective communication with players, coaches, and fellow officials.

Key Responsibilities:

Officiate games in accordance with the official rules and regulations of the sport.

Make quick, accurate, and impartial decisions regarding gameplay, penalties, and violations.

Maintain a safe and fair playing environment for all participants.

Communicate rulings clearly to players, coaches, and scorekeepers.

Manage game flow, including timekeeping and stoppages as required.

Monitor player conduct and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.

Collaborate with other officials and game staff to ensure smooth operations.

Attend pre-game and post-game meetings as required.

Qualifications:
