Key Responsibilities:
- Be the welcoming face of the clinic, warmly greeting patients.
- Manage phones, answer patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Collect co-pays, verify patient demographics, and process insurance eligibility.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Provide compassionate assistance to patients, keeping in mind the unique mobility and cognitive needs of neurology patients.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure an efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Both Entry-Level and Experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
- For Entry-Level Candidates: A strong desire to learn, stellar customer service skills, and a reliable work ethic. We will gladly train the right person!
- For Experienced Candidates: Previous experience in a medical front office, familiarity with EMR systems, and a solid understanding of insurance verification.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
