Duties

- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions using POS systems.
- Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards and health regulations through regular inspections and staff training on food handling and safety protocols.
- Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts while optimizing staffing levels for busy periods.
- Implement budgeting strategies to control costs while maximizing revenue opportunities within the bar and restaurant environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food service management, kitchen management, and supervising teams.
