As our Executive Director of Operations, you'll serve as the executive leader of a premier Independent Living community, shaping the culture, leading a dedicated team, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults every day.
The Executive Director of Operations (ED) is fully responsible for community operations and quality of service and is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational management, and overall direction to the organization. The ED ensures the organization's programs and services align with its mission to empower individuals with disabilities to live independently. Responsibilities include financial success, census growth, appropriate staffing, day-to-day operations, and meeting any operational standards set forth by senior leadership. The ED must always be available to the community’s needs even when not on duty.
