Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC certification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a public school setting
- Strong background with elementary RSP caseloads; ability to collaborate with peers
- Comfort working on-site; this district does not support remote therapy
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students, primarily RSP with some SDC
- Collaborate with the on-site SLP to ensure comprehensive support
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and liaise with teachers, staff, and families
