Verizon Representative Responsibilities:
- Meet directly with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer questions regarding products, services, promotions, and pricing
- Help customers find solutions that best fit their needs
- Process customer enrollments and account updates
- Build positive relationships through professional communication
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
