Job Description
MK Asset Management Inc. is hiring remote Account Executives to help grow our national commercial client base.
This is a business-to-business sales role focused on prospecting, outreach, relationship building, and helping identify new service opportunities with companies that manage high-value assets such as boats, vehicles, fleets, RVs, aircraft, equipment, and other commercial assets.
This position is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, professional, organized, and comfortable speaking directly with business owners, managers, operators, and decision-makers.

Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will help MK identify and develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Researching and identifying potential commercial clients
- Making outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
- Sending professional follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages
- Scheduling qualified meetings and follow-up conversations
- Building and maintaining a consistent prospect pipeline
- Presenting MK Asset Management Inc.’s services professionally
- Gathering information needed for proposals and service quotes
- Helping move qualified opportunities through the sales process
- Maintaining accurate notes and activity records in the CRM
- Participating in sales training and team meetings
- Following company communication, sales, and brand standards
Training and Support
MK provides onboarding support for new Account Executives, including company service information, CRM access, sales guidance, proposal support, and direct communication with leadership.
New team members receive support to better understand MK’s services, sales process, outreach expectations, client qualification standards, and proposal structure.
Account Executives also participate in weekly sales training meetings led by the company’s National Sales Manager.

- Able to handle rejection and continue moving forward
- Consistent with CRM notes, follow-ups, and daily activity
Previous B2B sales experience is preferred but not required. Experience selling services, working with commercial clients, or using a CRM is a plus.
Compensation
This is a commission-based sales opportunity.
Account Executives earn commission on qualified closed business. Certain accounts may also qualify for recurring commission opportunities depending on the account type, client agreement, and company policy.
Full compensation details, commission structure, payment timing, recurring commission eligibility, lead ownership, and account protection rules are reviewed during onboarding before active selling begins.
