Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA's to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including assisted living facilities and hospice facilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients while assisting nursing staff with daily tasks.
Duties
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Assist with meals and feeding for residents.
- Help transport patients to different areas within the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient rooms and common areas.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient conditions and needs.
- Participate in patient care planning and implementation of care plans.
Requirements
- Previous work in Hospice is greatly preferred.
- Experience in hospital medicine or critical care settings is a plus.
- Familiarity with assisted living environments and outpatient care is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact compassionately with patients and families.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
