Job Title: Experienced Grill Cook
Location: Local on the Water – Little River / North Myrtle Beach, SC
Pay: $17–$20 per hour + SEASONAL Bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time (Overtime available during peak weeks)

Local on the Water is a high-energy waterfront restaurant known for great food, live music, and a fast-paced atmosphere. We are looking for a professional, experienced Grill Cook who thrives under pressure, works well with a team, and takes pride in delivering consistently excellent food.
We already have a strong, seasoned kitchen crew — now we just need a few more solid players to round out the team.
Minimum Requirements (Must Have to Apply)
- At least 3 years of high-volume grill experience
- Strong working knowledge of both flattop and charbroiler
- Reliable personal transportation
- Able to work all weekends, including Sundays
- Team-first mentality with a positive attitude
- Maintains a clean and organized station
- Works with speed, urgency, and attention to detail
- Takes accountability for performance
- Open to coaching and feedback with a professional mindset
- Two solid references (must be provided at interview)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute menu items with consistency and precision
- Manage ticket flow during high-volume shifts
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- Communicate effectively with expo and fellow line cooks
- Keep your station stocked, prepped, and ready for service
