Summary
Our company is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and material dispatching for our pool construction, renovation, and service teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring field crews receive the materials, tools, and equipment needed to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple departments. This position offers growth opportunities, including company-sponsored forklift certification.
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
- After successful completion of forklift certification and six (6) months of continuous employment: $20.00 per hour
- Full-time position
Schedule
- Monday through Friday 40hrs
- Availability required between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Occasional overtime as needed
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily dispatching of materials, tools, and equipment for service, renovation, and construction crews.
- Pull, stage, load, and prepare work orders for daily field operations.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Stock shelves, racks, and designated warehouse locations.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with tracking company tools and equipment.
- Support fleet-related activities such as organizing vehicle supplies and materials.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment after receiving company-sponsored certification.
- Make occasional local deliveries or pickups as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic computer skills required, data entry.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Forklift experience (certification not required; training provided).
- Experience with inventory management systems such as Fishbowl.
- Experience supporting construction, service, or industrial operations.
