Location: Elementary schools within Norman Public Schools
Schedule: *** Monday-Friday *** No weekends!!!***
AM shift 6:15 am - start of school/breakfast and/or PM shift 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm (AM shift optional)

Here is what you will need:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
-
CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)

At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred
-
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferred
-
Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
You can meet the requirements for a Master Teacher/ CDA Certification in one of the following ways:-
CDA Certification
-
CCP Credential
-
12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD

Oklahoma Certificate of Mastery
- 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate)
In this role, you will:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation

Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
-
Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
-
Make child safety the top priority at all times
-
Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections

Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
-
Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met

Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events

Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success
