Golf High Performance Coach
Woodinville Sports Club — Tier 1 Golf Program Job Type: Part-time / Full-time, Hourly
About Tier 1 Golf
Tier 1 Golf is part of the broader Tier 1 Sports ecosystem at Woodinville Sports Club, built to develop athletes through intentional training, high standards, and long-term pathways. This isn't a traditional driving range or lesson-mill model — it's a player-centered, development-driven environment that blends technical coaching, skill acquisition, competitive preparation, and athletic development. We're building a modern training culture where golfers of all ages and levels train with purpose, access elite coaching and technology, and build the habits that carry into competitive, collegiate, and lifelong performance.
The Role
We're growing our coaching bench and looking for our next High Performance Golf Coach — someone who can deliver excellent group and private instruction and help build the pipeline of coaching talent behind our Tier 1 vision. This role reports to the Director of Golf and is primarily program-driven and athlete-facing, with some administrative responsibilities supporting program quality and operations.
The core of this job is delivering and strengthening Tier 1 group programming — private lessons complement athlete development, they don't replace program commitments. You'll coach on the driving range and in simulators, run private lessons aligned with athlete goals, and help shape a professional, high-performance training environment.

Golf Coaching & Athlete Development
- Deliver high-quality group golf instruction within the Tier 1 Golf Program
- Coach athletes on the driving range and using golf simulators

- Build strong relationships with athletes and families
Program Support & Growth
- Work with the Director of Golf on program execution and development
- Help with session setup, equipment prep, and daily training flow
- Support camps, evaluations, and special events as assigned
- Contribute to growing private lesson demand as the program scales
Administrative
- Complete assigned administrative hours in support of Golf operations
- Help with scheduling, lesson coordination, and program logistics

This role requires schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends, based on program and facility needs. Hours will vary week to week based on program and athlete needs.
