Qualifications
Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role involving direct public engagement, customer service, or workforce development.
Substitution of Experience for Education: Experience in a customer service-related field such as, social service, community development, and retail customer service may be substituted on a year for year basis.
Necessary Special Qualifications: Possession of a valid motor vehicle driver's license
Overview
Responsible for specific program areas including: SNAP Employment & Training (E&T), RESEA (Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment), H-2A Housing Inspection, Wagner-Peyser via a Mobile Career Coach to support statewide workforce initiatives through direct service delivery, program administration, outreach, compliance, and partnership coordination. Positions require flexibility, mobility, and able to drive and operate a 27 ft or 34 ft truck/RV type vehicle.
Responsibilities

This position is responsible for working varied hours (morning or evening) for events including occasional weekends

mandatory travel throughout Regions of Tennessee

Possibility of being deployed under the direction of the Commissioner or Governor during natural disasters

TN Driver Standards
