As a Manager of Bar Louie, an individual is expected to provide managerial support to his or her General Manager and illustrate a commitment to implementation of Bar Louie’s policies, marketing strategies, operating procedures, customer service, staff training and development and a strong desire to achieve budgeted goals and profit growth.
In the absence of the General Manager, a Manager would be responsible for orderly operations of the restaurant. A Manager of Bar Louie is expected to have proficient skills in management and supervision of restaurant operations as well as a strong desire to attain targeted goals of promoting sales, controlling food and beverage costs, kitchen production and employee productivity.
