BB-Builders Pro is a high-end residential remodeling company based in the Seattle area.
We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, whole-house renovations, additions, decks, and other premium residential projects. We are looking for someone who can manage remodeling projects in the field while maintaining strong communication, organization, and quality standards.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Field Project Manager to manage multiple residential remodeling projects from budget approval through final closeout.
This person will oversee 7–10 active projects at a time, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, manage schedules, communicate with clients, and make sure every project is completed on time, on budget, and according to BB-Builders Pro’s standards.
Buildertrend is our main tool for scheduling, job costing, documentation, and client communication, so this role requires someone comfortable using it daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 7–10 active residential remodeling projects at a time.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, and daily jobsite activity.
- Keep schedules, updates, photos, documentation, and project details current in Buildertrend.
- Track budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and project progress.
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and protection standards.
- Conduct client walkthroughs at key project milestones.
- Communicate proactively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the internal team.
- Identify issues early and escalate red flags to the Operations Manager.
- Manage punch lists and drive projects through final closeout.
- Represent BB-Builders Pro professionally in the field and with clients.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, or field project management.
- Strong understanding of construction phases, including demo, framing, MEP, finishes, inspections, and closeout.
- Experience managing subcontractors and vendors across multiple active projects.
- Comfortable using Buildertrend or similar construction project management software.
- Ability to read scopes of work, plans, product specs, and project details.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean, organized jobsites.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel between job sites.
- Ability to physically walk, inspect, and review active construction sites.

- Strong client-facing experience with homeowners.
- Experience with kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, additions, decks, or similar projects.
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work without being micromanaged.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and hands-on in the field. They understand residential remodeling, know how to manage subcontractors and schedules, communicate clearly with clients, and keep projects moving from start to finish.
This person should be comfortable owning multiple active jobs, using Buildertrend daily, maintaining high jobsite standards, and representing the company professionally.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
