Bible Electric, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management team in-person. This position works directly alongside experienced Project Managers to successfully deliver commercial and federal electrical construction projects throughout Colorado.

As an Assistant Project Manager you will gain experience in every phase of a construction project, including pre-construction, procurement, scheduling, project documentation, cost tracking, coordination with field personnel, and project closeout.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing electrical construction projects from award through closeout.
- Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, procurement logs, and closeout documentation.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents for completeness, constructability, and coordination with other trades.
- Assist with procurement of electrical equipment and materials while monitoring lead times and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel throughout all phases of construction.
- Help maintain project schedules and support planning activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and other project management software to organize documentation and communicate project updates.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with project cost tracking and forecasting.
- Support field operations by coordinating material deliveries, resolving design issues, and facilitating communication between the office and jobsite.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting documentation.
- Visit project sites to monitor progress, assist with quality control, and support safety initiatives.
- Assist with project closeout including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and final documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or government electrical construction.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, or similar construction software is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent electrical construction experience will also be considered.
- Experience with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Defense, or other federal construction projects.
- Understanding of procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change order processes.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings and coordinating with multiple trades.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
