The Role
We are hiring an Account Manager to help drive expansion and long-term success within our existing customer base.
At Davinci Solutions, a significant portion of our growth comes from helping existing customers adopt our product, expand their usage, and fully realize the value of the platform. This role sits in the center of that motion.
This is not a traditional support role. It is a customer growth position designed for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers succeed while driving revenue expansion. The right candidate will operate as both a trusted advisor to customers and a strategic partner internally.
This role is ideal for someone with sales instincts who enjoys working with existing accounts and wants to play a meaningful role in customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
What You’ll Do
· Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across the Davinci Solutions platform
· Build strong relationships with operators, ownership groups, and key decision makers
· Identify opportunities for expansion through additional locks, facilities, software tiers, and product adoption
· Partner with customers to drive onboarding success, adoption, and long-term value realization
· Support renewal conversations and ensure customers remain aligned with our evolving platform and pricing structure
· Act as a strategic resource to customers, helping them understand best practices for operating with DaVinci Solutions
· Partner closely with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams to ensure customer feedback informs future development
· Maintain accurate account activity, expansion opportunities, and customer insights within the CRM
· Contribute to the evolution of our customer growth playbook as the company scales
Who You Are
This role requires someone who enjoys working with customers, thinking commercially, and helping organizations grow. You are comfortable owning relationships, identifying opportunities, and operating with a high degree of autonomy. If you need to be micromanaged, this is not the place for you.
You likely bring:
· Experience in account management, customer success, sales or a similar customer facing role
· Strong relationship building and communication skills
· A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue expansion opportunities within accounts
· Comfort balancing customer service with revenue ownership
· Strong organizational skills and attention to follow-through
· A desire to learn the product deeply and represent the company with credibility
· A customer-first mindset with a bias toward solving problems

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
