Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $20.00–$40.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

Position Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and system evaluations
- Complete new construction HVAC startups and commissioning procedures
- Verify system performance including airflow, refrigerant charge, electrical operation, and overall equipment functionality
- Accurately document findings, recommendations, and completed work
- Source parts and provide repair estimates to management when required
- Educate homeowners on repair options, maintenance recommendations, and system improvements
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer experience
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules, overtime, and occasional weekend work as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA Certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, controls, and airflow diagnostics
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and manufacturer specifications
- Must possess personal HVAC hand tools
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to climb ladders, work in attics, rooftops, and outdoor environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and dependable work ethic
