Red Kingdom Cleaning is growing, and we are looking for reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team!
We are a family-owned residential cleaning company serving families in the Lee’s Summit and surrounding areas. Our goal is to provide excellent, thoughtful, high-quality cleaning while creating a positive work environment for our team.

Responsibilities
As a residential cleaner, you will help clean clients’ homes by completing tasks such as:
- Dusting furniture, shelves, décor, baseboards, blinds, and surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning mirrors, sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, countertops, and appliances
- Following detailed digital checklists for each home
- Working with a team to complete homes efficiently and thoroughly
- Respecting clients’ homes, belongings, and privacy
- Communicating with team leads and management as needed

Cleaning experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person!
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be available during weekday daytime hours
- Must have a working phone for schedules, checklists, and communication
- Must be comfortable around pets
- Must be able to work in Lee’s Summit and surrounding areas
Schedule
This is a part-time position with daytime hours.
Typical workdays are Monday through Thursday. No nights required. Weekend work is rare and only when needed.
Hours may vary depending on the schedule and number of homes booked.
Pay
Starting pay: $16 per hour, with the ability for increase based on depending on experience, reliability, and role.
