Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination, preparation, and production of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other pursuit-related materials.

Review RFPs and RFQs for submission requirements, deadlines, and compliance criteria.

Perform marketing database and CRM data entry, including tracking opportunities, go/no-go decisions, wins, and losses.

Create and maintain project profiles, staff resumes, and marketing collateral.

Coordinate with engineers, technical staff, administrative personnel, subconsultants, and marketing team members across multiple offices.

Support administrative marketing functions including filing, document management, and organization.

Research public-sector bid opportunities through agency websites, procurement portals, newspapers, magazines, and other business publications.

Build and maintain positive working relationships throughout the organization.

Assist with business development initiatives and opportunity tracking efforts.

Support proposal scheduling, document assembly, proofreading, and quality control efforts.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred

0-3 years of professional experience in proposal support, marketing, communications, administration, research, project coordination, or related areas.

Skilled with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and related software applications; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.

Interest in learning proposal development, RFP/RFQ structure, proposal compliance, and A/E/C business development processes.

Previous A/E/C experience is highly desirable

Familiarity with NJ transportation agencies

Experience maintaining databases, documentation, or project records is a plus.

Strong writing, editing, proofreading, research, and organizational skills.

Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration

Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language

Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members
