Newer and growing company, we need someone to run the office side of things. This includes answering phones, scheduling, entering and managing invoice, job and customer data, as well as other administrative tasks to keep things flowing efficiently. This is a one person office, so you must be a self-motivator, organized, multi-tasked, good customer relation skills, have good computer skills, and dependable. This is maybe 30 hour to start, with somewhat flexible hours but will grow into full time, and perhaps office management by spring. My second year in Florida, but 30+ years in business, and looking for the right person , confident, and professional, to help us grow. Pay will increase accordingly, with opportunity for commissions.
