Job Summary:
Air Clear Beauty is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and highly skilled Clinic Manager & Lead Aesthetician to pioneer the launch of our brand-new, result-driven skin lab in Mansfield, Texas. In this role, you will be the driving force behind both the operational set-up of the clinic and the delivery of high-end corrective skin treatments. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to build a clinic from the ground up and transition into a full-time regional executive role as the brand expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phase 1: Clinic Set-Up & Launch Support
- Assist the Founder in establishing clinical workflows, inventory management, and software implementation (Zenoti/Boulevard/Mindbody).
- Coordinate with the Medical Director to ensure all medical compliance protocols, consent forms, and OSHA/HIPAA standards are fully integrated.
- Help vet and organize treatment menus, medical-grade skincare lines, and advanced laser/device configurations.
- Phase 2: Daily Operations & Management
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, front-desk management, and premium customer service.
- Manage inventory controls, ordering supplies, and maintaining pristine clinical standards throughout the facility.
- Lead local marketing support, client retention strategies, and membership program management.
- Phase 3: Clinical & Aesthetic Treatments
- Perform advanced, result-driven corrective skin treatments (Chemical peels, microneedling, skin tightening, and advanced facials).
- Conduct thorough skin consultations, custom treatment planning, and drive medical-grade retail sales.
- Provide exceptional, high-touch client experiences to build a loyal local database.
Qualifications & Skills:
- License: Active Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License is required with certified medical aesthetican through TDLR- approved school.
- A senior LHR license and active RN/LVN license with aesthetic experience is a major plus).
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments, AND at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role within a Med Spa or Dermatology clinic.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proven track record in driving retail sales and achieving clinic revenue targets.
- Proficiency with Med Spa software (e.g., Boulevard, Zenoti, Meevo) and Google Workspace.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working closely with the founder in a fast-paced launch environment.
