The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing rental properties, assisting prospective tenants, and ensuring a seamless leasing process. This position requires strong customer service skills, an understanding of closing practices, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and property owners.

- SERIOUS QUALIFIED CANDIDATES , MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE.
- Must be Bilingual Experience Leasing Agent for 77039 (by IAH Airport) and 77027 (by Upper Kirby)

Responsibilities of Leasing agents:
- Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
- Housing and HUD experience a plus.
- Minimum 6 month to 1-year experience required.
- Advertise available properties using a variety of social media and promoting materials
- Determine the requirements and source the prospects .
- High closing ratios.
- Confirm rental application data and personal references
- Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
- Must be able to multi-task
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
Skills for Leasing Agents :
- Proven working experience as a leasing agent
- Working knowledge of multi-family law and leasing practices.
- Knowledge of Bluemoon, Onsite, RealPage
- Proven track of successful leasing record
- MS Office familiarity
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
- Customer service orientation
