- Heavy lifting will be required. 12' carpet rolls and heavy lifting of cartons
- Learning industry tools and flooring nuances.
- Inventory skills and tool management.
- Good customer service and pleasant demeanor.
- Will be responsible for tools and van cleanliness.
- Gathering materials prior to the job, and putting them away when finished.
- Keeping a clean environment and cleaning up on the job.
- Need to show up on time, stay off phone.
- Need Driver's License.
Starting pay between $15-20 depending on experience. 30-day evaluation based on initiative and willingness to learn. 90-day evaluation for healthcare benefits and matching 401k*
