POSITION OVERVIEW

- Base compensation up to $250,000
- Additional 10% salary differential for this location
- $15,000 sign-on bonus

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Option for 5x8 schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Option for 4x10 schedule (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Approximately 50/50 pediatric and adult patient mix
- Team-based care environment with strong support staff
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services for pediatric and adult patients
- Perform routine and complex procedures including extractions and molar procedures
- Collaborate closely with dental support staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Refer complex pediatric cases internally when appropriate
- Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary range: $201,000 – $250,000
- 10% geographic salary differential for Crescent City location
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
- $10,000 relocation reimbursement
- Additional $10,000 relocation support for parent or in-law relocation
- 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time

- $5,000 annual professional expense card
- Strong onboarding and mentorship support
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD REQUIRED
- Active California dental license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
- Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients REQUIRED
- Experience with extractions and complex procedures preferred
- Commitment to mission-driven and community-focused dentistry REQUIRED
- Team-oriented approach to patient care REQUIRED
