- Monday-Friday (Some weekends required - depending on business needs)
Shifts:
- 4:30 AM - Until completion
Pay:
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a small team of 2 dock associates
- Ensure dock operations run smoothly and on schedule
- In-person interaction with customers
- Loading, unloading, and scanning of freight
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and workflow
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock environment
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a warehouse with expanding roles.
- 1 year of leadership experience.
- WMS systems experience
- RF scanner experience
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Distribution center experience a plus.
- Order picking environments a plus.
- Powered pallet jack experience a plus.
- Unloading and loading trailers by hand.
- Excellent attendance and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Must be dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
- Reliable transportation
