We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Management & Accounting Support Coordinator to join our headquarters team in Lorain, Ohio.
This position is an excellent opportunity for a college graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, customer order management, ERP systems, invoicing, accounting support, and international business within a growing global manufacturing company.
What You'll Do
Order Management
- Process customer orders accurately within our ERP and CRM systems
- Review orders for completeness and accuracy
- Update customer orders as required for quantity, pricing, and shipping changes
- Maintain order tracking systems and internal reporting tools
- Generate and distribute daily order reports
- Ensure proper recordkeeping and documentation of customer transactions
Invoicing & Transaction Support
- Prepare and process customer invoices
- Verify shipping information and applicable charges prior to invoicing
- Match invoices to supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate invoice records and tracking systems
- Assist with payment processing and transaction administration
Accounting Support
- Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and supporting receipts
- Assist with vendor invoice entry and documentation
- Support accounts payable activities and invoice matching
- Maintain expense and freight tracking records
- Assist with reporting and documentation projects as needed
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Support communication between customer service, accounting, and operations teams
- Monitor and respond to internal and external business correspondence
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
What You'll Learn

Qualifications
Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Internship, co-op, or office experience preferred but not required
Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Minimum of 40 Words Per Minute (WMP) Typing test held during interview
- Ability to learn ERP and business management systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
