Dinasty Security Inc. is hiring a dependable Unarmed Security Guard for an overnight post in Carson. We're looking for someone who understands the responsibility the role carries a person who operates with integrity and respect, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in the uniform. Position: Unarmed Security Guard

Pay Frequency: Biweekly

Start: Immediate openings

Access Control: screen and register all incoming visitors
-
Perform hourly patrols on foot or by golf cart (Detex checkpoints)

Secure and guard the facility and all designated areas
-
Remain alert and observe for any suspicious activity
-
Report: create incident reports and notify management of any incidents
-
Log trucks, trailers, containers, and temperatures in/out
-
Check seal numbers on trucks, trailers, and containers
-
Customer service: provide manners and respect at all times
-
Communicate with the client regarding daily activity and serious incident logs
-
Protect the property and provide safety to personnel and assets
-
Valid California Guard Card (required)

Must be 18 years or older
-
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Reliable transportation

Able to pass a pre-employment background check
-
Punctual, professional, presentable, and self-aware
-
Able to stand for the entire shift and lift 1520 lbs.

Strong communication skills and situational awareness

Computer literate comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
-
Prior training in CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military/law enforcement highly desirable

Duty belt

Handcuffs with holder

Flashlight with holder

Security badge

Black tactical boots or patrol shoes
