Youth Mentor – 1-on-1 Autism Support$25 – $30+ per hourWork One-on-One With Kids and Make a Real Difference
Potential on the Rise is hiring energetic and compassionate team members who enjoy working directly with children and want to make a meaningful impact.
Our mentors work one-on-one with children with autism and developmental differences in their natural environments — homes, parks, and community settings — helping them build communication, independence, and social skills through play and real-life experiences.
This is not a clinic job.
Our work is active, engaging, and focused on helping children grow in real-life situations.
Many of our team members previously worked in childcare, youth programs, education, or mentoring roles before joining Potential on the Rise.
