Lilac & Grace Boutique is a growing women's boutique offering stylish clothing, accessories, gifts, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for someone who is dependable, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for fashion and helping customers feel their best.
Schedule
Part-Time
- Wednesday–Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Availability for all scheduled days is required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Learn our brands, products, and fit so you can confidently recommend items.
- Help customers build outfits and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
- Process purchases using our point-of-sale system.
- Restock merchandise and maintain an organized, clean, and inviting sales floor.
- Assist with merchandising, displays, pricing, and inventory as needed.
- Work as part of a team to keep the boutique running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn about boutique fashion and our products.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Must have your own reliable transportation.
- Must present a polished, boutique-appropriate appearance while representing the brand.
- Personal phone use is not permitted on the sales floor during working hours.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift merchandise, and remain active throughout the shift.
- Retail experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
