About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established and growing insurance agency south of Madison to hire a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative with an active Property & Casualty license.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional looking to join a stable, collaborative agency that values long-term relationships, exceptional customer service, and employee growth. The ideal candidate will have prior insurance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently support clients with policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day account management.

Responsibilities
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and new business
- Assist clients with billing questions, coverage questions, and policy servicing needs
- Provide certificates of insurance and proof of insurance documentation
- Support both personal and commercial lines accounts
- Work closely with underwriting departments and insurance carriers
- Follow up with clients regarding documentation, payments, and policy updates
- Process payments and assist with late payment follow-up
- Prepare quotes and assist with proposal creation for new and renewal business
- Maintain accurate client records and organized communication
- Deliver outstanding customer service and relationship management
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Previous Property & Casualty insurance experience required
- Experience supporting personal lines, commercial lines, or both
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Stable work history and strong tenure preferred
