- Document all collection details meticulously in patient records, including any reactions or complications.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and address urgent needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in phlebotomy or a related healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates that are new to phlebotomy.
- Strong understanding of venipuncture techniques, specimen handling, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and provide compassionate patient care.

- Certification as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent.
