1 Verification and validation of the bill of material - active and passive
2 Physical installation of network devices including Wireless Access Points (Racking & Stacking)
3 Provide console and remote access for the configuration of devices
4 Perform onboarding of devices as per the guidelines provided by Infosys SME
5 Replacement of wireless access points from ceiling (unmount old AP, install new AP and patching of network cable)
6 To be able to perform end to end patching, Identify the cable runs between racks, rooms, floors, and buildings
7 Inter-rack or intra-rack patching of network connections using copper & fiber cables. Device to device and device to patch panel patching
8 Swap network cables of endpoints from old switch to the new switch during cutover
9 Dressing of cables within the rack for newly patched cables
10 Label all devices and uplink connections using label printer
11 Capture photos of racks before and after the installation work, create/update rack layout 12 Support functionality testing of network devices
13 Coordinate with the site contact and perform UAT of services after installation and document the test results
14 Document the spare materials and hand it over to the site contact
15 Disposing of packing material in discussion with site contact
Pay: $200.00 - $250.00 per day
