Submit a Statement of Qualifications, not to exceed 2 pages, with your state application that includes the following 3 items:
1. Describe your experience with scheduling, coordinating services, or managing operational workflows. Please provide detailed examples that demonstrate your ability to review requests, prioritize tasks, communicate with stakeholders, maintain tracking systems or logs, and resolve routine issues.
2. Describe your experience with verification and administrative processing, including reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy, following established procedures or guidelines, and supporting invoice, personnel, or workflow related processes. Include examples that highlight your ability to verify documentation, follow established guidelines or procedures, and collaborate with vendors or internal partners to support accurate and timely processing.
3.Describe your experience working with the Deaf community, American Sign Language (ASL), or accessibility related services. Explain the capacity in which you supported ASL interpreting, captioning, accessibility operations, or similar service environments. If you do not have direct experience, describe any related work that required coordination, cultural competency, or understanding of accessibility needs.
