Crystal River Gems is looking for a motivated, dependable team member who enjoys learning, providing excellent customer experience, and working in a fast-paced environment. This position is for hosting live online sales during overnight hours to connect with our customers in all time zones.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to achieve sales goals. This is a guaranteed hourly PLUS commission pay structure. The more you sell, the more you earn! Eligible candidates must be available to work 9PM-4AM overnight.
Live Sales & Customer Engagement
- Build product knowledge to confidently present merchandise during live online sales.
- Learn to demonstrate products in an engaging, informative, and professional manner.
- Interact with customers during live sales by answering questions and helping drive sales.
- Represent Crystal River Gems in a positive and enthusiastic way across online platforms.

Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
