Location: Carrollton, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some overtime as needed)
Pay: $18–$20/hr (depending on experience)
Job Summary:
AtWork Personnel is seeking a dependable Warehouse General Laborer to support daily warehouse operations. This role ensures a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse while providing excellent customer service and following company procedures.
Responsibilities:

Perform daily warehouse duties, both independently and as a team
•
Follow safety procedures and company policies
•
Operate sit-down forklifts and other warehouse equipment
•
Assist with loading/unloading and inventory tasks
•
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
•
Provide excellent customer service to staff and clients
•
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
•
High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience)
•
Sit-down forklift certification required
•
Ability to work well with diverse teams
•
Reliable, punctual, and able to lift 75+ lbs
Physical Demands:
•
Standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing, and using hand/finger dexterity
•
Exposure to moderate to loud warehouse environment and occasional outdoor weather
