This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of both our donation center and retail store.

The Supervisor will lead and work alongside a dedicated team of volunteers, providing guidance and hands-on support in receiving, processing, pricing, merchandising, and selling donated items.

This is a highly interactive, fast-paced position that requires strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for customers, donors, and volunteers alike.

Flexibility in scheduling—including availability on Saturdays—is essential to meet the operational needs of the boutique.
25-30 hours per week.

Qualifications – Required:
-
H.S. Diploma.
-
Retail Supervisory Experience (Preferred).

Experience working with an Older Population (Preferred).

Background check required.

Proven retail or customer service experience.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Workplace is a combined office/retail store/warehouse environment.

Must be willing to walk/stand up to 8 hours a day.

Physically able to lift or move items up to 30 lbs. frequently during shift.
