Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Motor Coach driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers on dedicated line runs to various destinations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and the ability to navigate diverse routes efficiently.
Duties
- Operate motor coaches in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers throughout their journey.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Operate ticket verification software to ensure passenger information is correct.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing support as needed.
- Handle passenger luggage to prevent movement in luggage bays.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or delays.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during transit with professionalism and calmness.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (minimum CDL-B) with passenger endorsements for motor coach operation.
- Must possess or be able to get DOT medical card.
- Two years previous motor coach operating experience.
- Strong knowledge of route driving and navigation skills to ensure timely arrivals at destinations.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must pass pre-employment assessment.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
- This position requires overnight stays out of town.

Pay: $630.00 - $1,260.00 per week
