Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and coordinate schedules for the leadership team.
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic records and documents.
- Process, track, and ensure timely payment of invoices and bills.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office maintenance vendors and service providers.
- Run daily business-related errands as needed to support office operations.
- Answer phones, emails, and other communications professionally and courteously.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and business information.
- Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned.
