Their administrative efforts primarily involve providing consistent communication with patients, referral sources, and with fellow team members as well as gathering and organizing pertinent information and documentation that support the overall delivery of care. Successful individuals in this role possess strong verbal and written communication skills, a commitment towards teamwork and a service-based mentality.

Responsibilities:

Managing new referrals

Performing accurate data entry
-
Maintaining up-to-date demographic information
-
Verifying patient eligibility and insurance coverage prior to evaluations and delivery

Answering incoming calls

Providing front desk support
Additional Duties:

Rooming Patients
-
Supporting practitioners with administrative needs

Ensuring completion of intake paperwork in compliance with HIPAA regulations through Solutionreach

Collecting co-pays and deductibles while clearly advising patients on their start of care
**Salary range $24/hr-$31/hr compensation within the posted range will be determined based on candidate's skills, experience, knowledge, geographic location, and other variables.
