We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our thriving pediatric practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside an experienced, supportive physician in a well-established clinic with a busy patient panel and a strong reputation for delivering outstanding pediatric care.

Position Highlights
- Partner closely with an experienced pediatric physician
- Predominantly focused on well-baby and well-child visits
- Established, busy patient panel from day one
- Four-day work week promoting excellent work-life balance
- One evening clinic per week
- One Saturday morning clinic per month
- No call responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive well-baby, well-child, and adolescent preventive care
- Conduct developmental screenings and health assessments
- Monitor growth, nutrition, and developmental milestones
- Educate patients and families on preventive health, wellness, and safety
- Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses and conditions
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current PA-C certification
- Active Missouri state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered care
