Job Description:
We're hiring one of the most important roles in our company.
You'll be the first point of contact for two fast-growing local businesses — Manta Permanent Lighting and WinBros (window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutters). You'll be the first impression for both companies and the first contact with every customer, with real opportunity to build relationships and make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
This isn't a job where you just answer phones. You'll play a direct role in helping grow two fast-growing businesses, with real responsibility from day one.
We're looking for someone who:

- Takes ownership of their work
- Catches the small details everyone else misses
- Is highly organized and enjoys talking with people
What you'll do:
- Be the first point of contact for customer calls, texts, and messages
- Manage lead follow-up and scheduling
- Keep both businesses organized and running smoothly
- Take on more responsibility as you grow with us
Starting pay is $20/hour, with opportunities for sales commissions, raises, and increased responsibility as you grow. We're a young, fast-growing company where your work has direct, visible impact — not a role where you get lost in the shuffle.
